New construction on a plot of uneven topography, where there was a valuable group of trees to be preserved and enhanced, as well as a group of buildings and ruins of traditional construction that were incorporated into the proposal.
The new house has reclaimed an area of land for sun exposure and sea views – adjusting to the inflection of an old water line still marked on the site, the existing trees and the configuration of the plot perimeter.
It sits close to the limits of the property and is partially buried due to the slope of the land, thus maintaining the relationship with the existing building practically unchanged.
