Project for the rehabilitation of a bourgeois house from Oporto from the beginning of the 20th century, which was in a reasonable state of conservation. It was possible to recover and integrate numerous values (compartmentalisation, openings, construction system, coverings, etc.), correcting anomalies and bad interventions carried out over time.
The most (or less) visible intervention was on the back, which was quite damaged, with the replacement of the slate coating.
This work is often quoted as an example of minimal intervention and maximum transformation with a surgical logic of architectural and constructive action.
